Vibrant tropical aromas and a sweet malt backbone burst from this DIPA brewed with 7 hop varieties that start with the letter "C". Chinook, Columbus, Crystal, Cluster, Cascade, Centennial and Citra join together for generous flavor and aroma with a medium mouthfeel.

A farmhouse ale, pours a deep orange/red. With a pink head. Brewed with fresh beets, for a sweet aroma and flavor.

Rich double IPA with a strong hop bitterness up front. Warming alcohol aroma with a dry bitter hop finish.
Fritz's Funky Farmhouse • 8.2% ABV • 35 IBU • Bradenton, FL • Saison / Farmhouse Ale
This Saison is brewed using the 3031-PC yeast strain, a blend of Saison and Brettanomyces yeast creates a dry and complex ale. Classic earthy and spicy farmhouse character meets tropical and stone fruit esters. We aged this beer for half a year before it was ready to be tapped, which has brought out the Brett characteristics.

Belgian style Quad with aroma of raisin and figs. Sweet malty biscuit like flavor with a warming finish.
He-Man Hefeweizen • 4.8% ABV • 12 IBU • Bradenton, FL • Hefeweizen
Traditional South German style of wheat beer, or "weissbier". The yeast displays an unfiltered appearance and a predominant aroma of clove and bananas. The low hop bitterness yeilds a smooth dry finish.
Blueberry Blonde • 6.0% ABV • 25 IBU • Bradenton, FL • Blonde Ale - Belgian Blonde / Golden
Our traditional Belgian Blonde ale brewed with blueberries for a fruity, sweet, blueberry finish.
Naughty Blonde Ale • 6.0% ABV • 24 IBU • Bradenton, FL • Blonde Ale - Belgian Blonde / Golden
Medium bodied ale with a light malt sweetness. Smooth light taste with Orange and coriander finish.
Mad Willie XXX • 8.7% ABV • 27 IBU • Bradenton, FL • Belgian Tripel
Dark golden color with a mild peppery/spice aroma. Has a warming alcohol effect with taste of dried dates

Visit our location in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida!  Our 8,600 sq. ft. brewery and taproom is open throughout the year.  Featuring the only two Diamond pool tables in Manatee County, darts, cornhole and a variety of games and entertainment.

Outside Food is Welcome! We don’t serve food, but we do encourage you to bring any snacks, meals, smorgasboards, or choose from our local favorites:
